How much do you charge?
Because each project is different, pricing will vary depending on the scope, the detail required, licensing (for illustrations and some designs) and timelines.
How long will it take?
The time will vary depending on the complexity of each project. For example, a first logo proof takes approximately 2 weeks, while a flyer or a business card can be done in 1 week. If you have a deadline, please let me know before we get started.
I need something ASAP, can you do it?
Depending on my availability, it may be possible. However, an additional rush fee might be added.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. However, any job value under CHF 500.– is to be paid in full upfront.
I have a small budget, are you negotiable on prices?
I don’t offer discounts sorry, but I can tailor a smaller package for you and offer suggestions on how you can reduce your design costs.
Do you supply printing?
Unfortunately not, but I provide the print-ready documents. I’m also happy to help you with printer information if needed.
What is your process?
• Get in touch here to let me know what service you are interested in as well as your required time frame. I’ll get back to you with some questions, and if it’s a match, I’ll send you a proposal.
• Once the proposal has been signed and the deposit / payment has been made, I’ll send you the Workbook questionnaire to gather the information I need to start working on your project. Its content is also precious for you as it captures the chore of your brand.
• After sending it back to me, we will have a Zoom call to discuss your brief and vision. This sets the start of the creative phase. We will stay in touch, and you will normally have 2 revision rounds included so we can tweak the artwork(s) to your satisfaction. Any further revisions can be made at an hourly rate.
• After everything has been approved, final payment will be required before I provide you with the final files. And voila!
I don’t live in Zürich/Switzerland, can I still work with you?
Yes of course! I worked with clients from many other countries.
In which language can we speak together?
My mother tongue is French, I speak mostly English with work and in my communications, and I’m learning German at the moment.
