Shop’s terms and conditions


1. General Information

The online shop is operated by Noélie Martin, based in Zürich Switzerland.

These terms apply to all orders placed through noeliemartin.com/shop.

2. Products

The products offered include original artworks, printed reproductions, and items created via print-on-demand services.
Each item is described as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or size may occur depending on materials and printing methods.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or the currency selected on the website.
Prices are inclusive of all costs (0% VAT) and include shipping.

In accordance with Swiss tax law, Noélie Martin’s shop is not subject to VAT (Article 10 of the Swiss VAT Act).
No VAT is therefore charged to the customer.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free, as costs are included in the product price.
Orders are shipped either from Switzerland or from partner print facilities located abroad (e.g., in France or other countries).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

5. Print-on-demand production

Some items (prints, apparel, posters, etc.) are produced and shipped by print-on-demand partners such as TPOP (France) or other providers located near the customer (e.g., within the EU, the USA, etc.).
These partners act on behalf of Noélie Martin to reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

In some cases, these partners may handle local taxes (VAT or equivalent) directly, in accordance with local laws.

6. International taxes and customs duties

For orders delivered outside of the country of origin (this information can be found on each product’s page) import taxes, customs fees, or local VAT may be charged by the destination country’s authorities.
Such additional costs are the customer’s responsibility and are usually collected upon delivery by the carrier or customs office.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

8. Returns and claims

Each item is checked before shipping.
In case of any issue (damaged item, printing error, defect), the customer must contact hello(at)noeliemartin.com within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or incorrect.

Noélie Martin can not be held responsible for damages happening during transport by a third party.

9. Data protection

Customer data is used solely for order processing and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
Payment processing is secured through Squarespace and its payment partners.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
